450gms Elbow Macaroni
1/2 kilo Extra Lean Mince Beef
1/2 Green Capsicum (diced)
1 Large Tomato (diced)
1 Onion (diced)

4 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Dried Parsley

  • Add boiling water to a pot
  • Add 1 tablespoon Salt
  • When the water is boiling add the macaroni
  • Cook until tender
  • Strain the macaroni & rinse with cold water
  • On high heat add the oil in a large frypan
  • Add the onion & saute`
  • Add the mince meat & fry until cooked
  • Remove & place in a clean bowl
  • ​Add the capsicum & saute`
  • Add the tomatoes & fry all together
  • Add the spices & mix all together
  • ​Add the tomato paste & mix
  • Add the dried parsley & mix 
  • Add the cooked meat & mix 
  • Add the cooked macaroni & mix all together
