• Soak rice for 1/2 an hour
  • Boil chicken breasts until tender
  • Mix mince meat, onion, salt & baharat and make small meatballs and refrigerate
  • Bake the potatoes
  • Shred the chicken breasts (set aside)
  • Fry the meatballs, cover and cook on low-medium heat(set aside)
  • Same frypan, fry onion and chicken and add baharat and salt
  • Mix the chicken, meatball and potatoes, cover and set aside

Making the rice:

  • Add the olive oil
  • Fry the rice in high heat
  • Add the curry powder and salt
  • Add boiling water and cook on low heat for 1/2 an hour

Add all ingredients together

Boiling Water

​½ Kilo Extra Lean Mince Meat
1 teaspoon Baharat (Biryani)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 small Onion diced

1 Onion diced

1 teaspoon Baharat
2 cups Hash Brown potatoes 
2 Chicken breasts
