Bulgur & Green Lentil Dish

  • Rinse & strain the green lentils
  • On high heat add the oil in a saucepan
  • Add the onion & fry until cooked
  • Add the green lentils
  • Add the bulgur
  • Add the salt
  • Add the vegetable stock & mix all together
  • Cover & cook on low heat for 30 minutes

1 cup Dried Green Lentils
1 cup Bulgur #3 with Vermicelli Pasta
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
1 cup Onion (diced)
2 cups Vegetable Stock
