Buxom / Sesame Seed Biscuits

3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1 teaspoon Cardamon

  • Preheat oven 375F or 190C
  • Sift the flour, cardamon, vanilla & baking powders together
  • Add the sugar & vegetable oil in a mixer & mix together
  • Add the eggs one at a time & mix
  • Add spoonfuls of the flour mixture
  • Mix until a cookie dough consistency
  • Using an icescream spoon, scoop spoonful of the dough
  • Roll into a log shape
  • Dip into the sesame seeds on one side
  • Place on a parchment lined baking pan
  • ​Flatten lightly & shape into a rectangle shape
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
  • Let them cool for 10 minutes before placing them on a cooling rack
  • Makes about 30 biscuits ENJOY!
