Curry, Chicken & Potato Stew

  • Add the chicken in cold water and cook on low until tender
  • Shred the chicken in pieces
  • Peel & dice the onion
  • Peel and dice the potatoes
  • Add the potatoes, chicken, onion, curry powder, salt and tomato paste in the pot
  • Add the boiling water and stir all together
  • Cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender



2 Chicken Breast Fillets
4 Yellow Potatoes

1 Onion
1 can 156ml Tomato Paste

1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Boiling Water
