• Cut the stewing beef in small pieces
  • On high heat add the olive oil
  • Fry the diced onions until soft
  • Add the stewing beef and fry until its brown
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Add the diced green capsicum and mix
  • Add the diced tomatoes & season with salt
  • Add the curry powder & chilli powder & mix all together
  • Cover with the lid & put on low heat for 30 minutes
  • Stir once before turning off


Serve with white rice & fried potatoes

1 Green Capsicum (diced)

1 Onion (diced)

1 teaspoon Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon Curry Powder

2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper to season
