  • Preheat the oven to 400F or 200C
  • Sift flour, baking powder & baking soda in a separate bowl
  • Add the Walnuts in the flour and mix
  • Add the melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix until creamy
  • Add 1 egg at a time
  • Add the Date Syrup
  • Add the Sour Cream
  • Add ½ of the flour and mix
  • Add the rest of flour
  • Place the muffin liners in the muffin pan
  • Place a spoonful
  • Bake for 20 mins or until its baked inside with a tooth pick test

2 cups of All Purpose Flour with 2 tsp baking powder or
2 cups of Self Raising Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2/3 cup White Sugar
2 cups Crushed Walnuts

Wet Ingredients
½ cup Date Syrup
½ cup Butter (melted)
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Sour Cream
