  • Roughly chop the lettuce
  • Slice the spring onions, carrots, cucumbers & radishes
  • Cut the tomatoes in quarters and then cut into small chunks
  • Mix all together
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon
  • ​Add the oil, sumac, salt, dried mint and pomegranate molasses and mix all together
  • Pour the dressing all over the salad & mix together 
  • ​Using a pizza cutter, slice the pita bread in small squares
  • Add some oil in a saucepan
  • ​Heat the oil on high heat
  • ​Place the pita bread and fry until brown
  • ​Strain the oil & place on a paper towel dish to remove excess oil
  • Add the pita bread on top of the salad and SERVE!

Vegetable Ingredients
3 Tomatoes
4 Small Cucumbers
6 Radishes
2 Peeled Carrots
3 Spring Onions
1 Roman Lettuce

Dressing Ingredients
4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
1 teaspoon Sumac
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dried Mint
1/2 Lemon

1-2 Pita Bread
Light Olive Oil for frying
