• Soak the rice for 20 minutes
  • Wash & drain the rice
  • Place the oil in a pot on high heat
  • Fry the rice for a minute
  • ​Add the fave beans, dill & salt and mix all together
  • Add the boiling water & stir
  • Cover & cook on low heat for 30 minutes

​200gms frozen Fava/Lima/Broad Beans

1/2 bunch fresh Dill (chopped)

2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

​Boiling Water
