To make the Meat Flat Bread

  • Add the green, red peppers, diced tomato, parsley, onion, spices & tomato paste in a food processor
  • Process until a smooth consistency
  • Add the mixture to the meat
  • Mix together until well combined with your hands
  • Preheat oven 420F/210C
  • Spread the meat mixture evenly over the flatbread
  • Bake in the oven for 30-40 mins


​To make the Eggplant Flat Bread

  • Add the olive oil in a frypan on high heat
  • Add the spring onions & eggplant, fry until cooked
  • Add the tomato & mix
  • Add the spices & mix
  • Add the tomato paste & mix
  • Add the parsley & mix
  • Turn off the heat & set aside
  • Spread mixture evenly on flat bread
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins


 To make the Cheese & Za’atar Flat Bread


  • Place the mozzarella cheese on the flat bread
  • Add the Za’atar
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20mins​

1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
¼ cup Light Olive Oil
