• Slice the limes & squeeze the lime juice
  • Add the salt & fish spice to the flour & mix together
  • Place all the fish in a large deep dish
  • Pour the lime juice on top of the fish
  • Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on top of the fish
  • Set aside to marinate
  • Add the flour mixture in a deep dish
  • Dip each of the fish in the flour mixture on each side
  • Add some light olive oil in a frypan
  • ​Heat the oil on high heat
  • Place 2 fish fillets in the frypan at a time
  • Fry on both side until golden
  • ​Place on a paper towel dish to remove excess oil

1 kg Tilapia (boneless)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups Flour
2 Limes
1 tablespoon Hot Fish Spice
1 teaspoon Salt
Light Olive Oil (frying)
