  • Pork Souvlaki
  • Slice the Pork into strips
  • Cut into cubes
  • Place in Bamboo Sticks
  • Put on grill on medium heat
  • Season with Oregano & Salt on each side
  • ​Then leave on low heat for 10 minutes on each side

 

  • Chicken Souvlaki
  • Cut the fillets into strips
  • Cut into cubes
  • Add the Oil, Lemon Juice, Mustard in the Chicken
  • Mix all together
  • Place into Bamboo Sticks
  • Put on grill on medium heat
  • Season with Oregano & Salt on each side
  • Then leave on low heat for 10 minutes on each side

 

Pork Souvlaki

1/2 Kilo Pork (neck area)

1 teaspoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Salt

Bamboo Sticks


Chicken Souvlaki

2 Breast Fillets

2 tablespoons Mustard

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Bamboo Sticks

Salt & Oregano for seasoning
