  • In a pot add the stewing beef in cold water and cook until tender
  • Drain the water
  • Add the green beans, tomato paste, diced tomato, diced onion, curry powder, black pepper, salt and boiling water and stir
  • Cook on low-med heat for 45 minutes.


Serve with white rice

4 cups Cut Green Beans
1/2 kilo Stewing Beef
2 cups Boiling Water
2 cups Diced Tomatoes
156ml can Tomato Paste
1 Onion (diced)
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
