Grilled Halloumi Salad

Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Baby Cucumbers (sliced)
Halloumi Cheese (200gms)
1/2 Lemon 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Slice the Halloumi Cheese
  • On high heat add some oil in a frypan
  • Fry the halloumi on each side
  • Place the arugula on a salad plate
  • Add the cucumbers on top & add the cherry tomatoes
  • Squeeze the lemon juice on top
  • Drizzle some oil on top
  • Place the halloumi on top of the salad
  • ​Squeeze the lemon juice on top of the cheese
  • ​Drizzle some oil on top of the cheese
