  • Preheat the oven to 350 deg F or 180 deg C
  • Cut the phyllo pastry in half
  • Cover the phyllo with a damp cloth
  • Brush some butter on a baking pan
  • Place 1 sheet of phyllo on the baking pan
  • Brush with some butter all over
  • Repeat the process
  • Using a sharp knive, cut the hanging edges off
  • Cut the sheets in squares
  • Bake for 30 minutes 
  • Pour cold sugar syrup on the hot pastry
  • Place on a plate & open halfway
  • Place some geymar in the middle & close the top
