  • Cut the tomatoes in quarters & remove the seeds
  • Peel the onion & cut in big chunks
  • Finely cut the parsley
  • Blend the tomatoes & onion in a blender
  • Drain the juice in a strainer
  • ​Add the tomato & onion puree to the mince meat
  • Add the parsley & spices
  • ​Mix all together with your hands
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  • Wet your hand & take a handful of the meat & make into a ball
  • Place on a metal skewer
  • Spread evenly
  • Place on a baking pan wrapped in foil
  • Place on top shelf on high grill (electric stove)
  • Turn regularly
  • ​Remove with a Pita bread

1/2 kilo Lean Beef Mince

1/2 kilo Lean Veal Mince

1/2 kilo Extra Lean Beef Mince

1 bunch Parsley

2 Tomatoes

1 Large Onion

1 tablespoon Salt

1 tablespoon Sumac

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
