•  Place the chicken breasts in a saucepan & add cold water
  •  Cover & cook on low heat for 40mins or until cooked
  • Remove the cooked chicken & shred the chicken in pieces
  • Place the mince meat in a separate bowl
  • Add the onion, baharat & salt
  • Mix together with your hands
  • Dip your hands in cold water
  • Take a small piece of the meat mixture and make into a meatball
  • Place the meatballs in a frypan on high heat
  • Cover & cook on med heat
  • Drain the water & fry until brown
  • Remove & set aside
  • Add the oil in the same frypan
  • Fry the onion until soft
  • Add the chicken & season with sea salt
  • Add the Baharat & fry all together
  • Remove & set aside
  • Add the oil in the frypan
  • Add the cauliflower rice, curry powder & salt
  • Fry all together for 5 minutes
  • Remove & set on a plate with the chicken & meatballs​
