500gms Extra Lean Beef Mince
1 cup Cauliflower Rice
1 Onion (finely diced)
2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 tablespoon Light Olive Oil

Juice Ingredients
796mls Diced Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Citric Acid
1 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Boiling Water

  •   On high heat add the oil in a saucepan
  •  Add the cauliflower rice & fry for 5 minutes
  • Remove from the heat & set aside to cool down
  • Place the mince meat in a bowl
  • Add the onion
  • Add the parsley
  • Add the thyme, salt & black pepper
  • Add the cooked cauliflower rice
  • Mix all together with your hands
  • Dip your hands in cold water
  • Take a small piece of the meat mixture & shape into small meatballs
  • Add the diced tomatoes in a pot
  • Add the salt & citric acid
  • Add the boiling water & mix all together
  • Cover & cook the soup until it boils
  • Place the kifteh in the soup
  • Cover & cook on low heat for 1 hour​
