2 cups All Purpose Flour

​1 cup Black Tea

1 cup Butter

4 tablespoons Sugar

  • Mix the sugar in the flour
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat
  • Add the flour gradually while constantly mixing
  • Add the cup of tea when the flour mixture is thick
  • Cook until all the flour is cooked & soft


Enjoy for breakfast or use as filling for Kadeh!
