Pea Stew

  • Boil the stewing beef in a pot and cook until tender
  • When meat is tender drain the water
  • Add the peas, salt, curry powder and tomato paste in the pot and add boiling and mix
  • Simmer on medium heat for 20 mins


​Serve with white rice

400gms Green Peas
1 can 156ml tomato paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 kilo Stewing Beef
Boiling water
