Directions

  • Preheat oven 350F or 180C
  • Place the cake mix in a mixer
  • Add the vegetable oil & mix
  • Add the milk & mix
  • Add the eggs one at a time & mix
  • Spray a rectangle oven dish with non stick baking spray
  • Pour the cake batter in the baking dish
  • Tap the dish to remove air bubbles
  • Bake the cake for 30-35 mins
  • Let it cool completely

To make the filling:

  • Pour the milk in a bowl 
  • Gradually add the dry custard & whisk
  • Whisk until the custard thickens
  • Strain the pineapple bits in a sift
  • Poke holes in the cake with the back of a wooden spoon
  • Add the strained pineapple in the custard & mix together
  • Pour the filling on the cake
  • Spread evenly through the holes
  • Place in the fridge to set for 30 mins
  • Strain the 2nd can of pineapple bits
  • Place the whipped cream on top of the cake
  • Spread evenly
  • Spread the pineapple bits evenly on top of the cream
  • Garnish with crushed pistachios

1 cup Milk

102gms Vanilla Instant Pudding/Custard
2 cups Cold Milk
398mls Pineapple Tid Bits

Topping
Cool Whip/Whipped Cream
398mls Pineapple Tid Bits
Crushed Pistachios
