Ingredients

1/2 Red Cabbage
1 bunch Parsley
2 cups grated Carrot
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Red Cabbage Salad

  • Chop the parsley
  • Chop the red cabbage and wash
  • Add the cabbage, parsley and carrots together
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon in the bowl, add salt and oil

    Mix all together and refrigerate
