Red Gurgur with Beef

Directions

2 cups Bourghoul / Bulgur #3 with Vermicelli pasta (rinse & strain)
200gms Stir Fry Beef (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Salt
Light Olive Oil
3 cups Boiling Water

  • Add some oil in a saucepan on high heat
  • Fry the onions until cooked
  • Cook the beef until cooked
  • Rinse & strain the bourghoul
  • ​Add the bourghoul & mix
  • Add the tomato paste & combine together
  • Add the salt & boiling water combine
  • Cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins
