  • Rinse & strain the lentils
  • Add the lentils, add the potatoes, add the vegetable broth, add the water, add the salt & pepper in a large pot & mix all together
  • Cover & cook for 30-40 mins on low-med heat
  • Add the swiss chard
  • Cover & cook for another 20 minutes
  • Add the lemon juice & stir
  • Cook for another 10 minutes before turning off

(chopped & washed)
3 Yellow Potatoes
(peeled & diced)
900ml Vegetable Broth
1 cup Green Lentils
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 litre Water
