1 bunch Parsley
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
2 tablespoons bourgoul #1
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • Place the bourgoul in a small bowl and the lemon juice to soak
  • Chop the parsley finely
  • Dice the tomatoes and onion and place in the bowl
  • Add the bourgoul
  • Add salt and olive oil and mix

Refrigerate before serving
