Vegan Banana & Walnut Bread

1 & 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup crushed Walnuts
1 cup Vegan Butter/Margarine (melted)
3 ripe Bananas
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C
  • Sift flour, baking powder & cinnamon powder in a bowl
  • Peel & cut the bananas in a separate bowl, then mash until soft
  • Add the vanilla extract in the bananas & mix together
  • Add the melted butter and sugar in a mixer and mix until creamy
  • Add the mashed banana mixture
  • Add a tablespoon of the flour in the crushed walnuts & mix
  • Add the flour and mix
  • Add the crushed walnuts
  • Spray some cooking oil to a loaf pan
  • ​Add the batter to the loaf pan
  • Add some crushed walnuts on top
  • Bake in the oven for 1 hour ​or until its baked inside with a tooth pick test
  • ​Knife around the edges of the pan
  • Place a cooling rack on top & flip!
