Directions

Vegan Chocolate & Walnut Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 375 deg F or 190 deg C
  • Sift flour, baking powder & cocoa powder in a separate bowl and mix
  • Add the sugar & count oil in a mixer and mix until smooth
  • Add the Vanilla Extract
  • Add 1/2 of the almond milk
  • Add the flour and mix
  • Add the rest of milk
  • Add the walnuts and mix
  • Add spoonfuls of the mixture in a paper cup lined baking pan
  • Add some crushed walnuts on top
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until its baked inside with a tooth pick test

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Crushed Walnuts
1 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
