2 cups Bulgur #3 with Vermicelli Pasta
1-2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Green Capsicum (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
4 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Boiling Water

Vegetarian Gurgur

  • On high heat add the olive oil in a saucepan
  • Add the onion & stir
  • Add the capsicum & stir
  • Add the tomatoes & stir
  • Add the salt & stir
  • ​Add the tomato paste & stir
  • Reduce the heat to low , cover & cook for 10 minutes
  • Rinse & strain the bourghoul
  • Add the bourghoul and stir all together 
  • Add boiling water & stir
  • Cover & cook on low heat for 15-20 minute
  • ​Stir once before turning off
