White Bean Stew

Ingredients

540 mls can White beans
1/2 kilo Stewing beef

1 Small Onion (diced)
1 can 156mls Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
3 cups Boiling Water

  • Place stewing beef in a pot with cold water cook on low heat and until tender
  • Drain the water
  • Add the white beans, tomato paste, salt, curry powder and boiling water and stir
  • Cook for 1/2 an hour

    Serve with white rice
